7. Choosing a Contractor & monitoring the project

We can also produce the comprehensive tender documentation that a contractor requires to fully understand each element of the design to produce accurate costs and ensure a quality build. We prepare contracts and write specifications which are sent, with your approval, to three of our experienced and trusted contractors. We then help you decide which team is best for you.

To ensure the satisfactory outcome of the design build we are happy to offer the additional service of monitoring the on-site construction as it is implemented.
