Another client needing help with a small family garden and the usual conflict between play space and more ‘grown up’ areas!
The grown ups have two seating areas to enjoy the sun as it moves around the garden. An expansive deck area is built close to the house for the main entertaining. Additionally, an inbuilt seating area is built in the corner of the garden to enjoy late summer sun. Both areas feature raised planting beds.
Most noteworthy is that the design has been placed on the diagonal to provide more interest within the rectangular garden. This approach has left plenty of space for a lawn on which to play. This also means that the planting moves away from the boundary and into the garden.TAGS: Town | Decking | Rest | Lawn | Play
